WATCH: Joseph Randle Underwear Theft Video

In 2014, the Dallas Cowboys were running all over teams with their vaunted offensive line and their dynamic running game consisting of DeMarco Murray and Joseph Randle. However, midway through October, Randle was arrested for shoplifting underwear and cologne. Just now, however, a video of the theft has released. You can view the video below.

When Murray left for the Philadelphia Eagles in free agency, Randle immediately became the guy who would start for the Cowboys, even though they had said continuously that they would feature a running back committee.

While Randle wasn’t playing so poorly, a variety of reasons lead to his release on November 3rd. Randle reportedly had multiple incidents within the team, starting fights about favoritism as well as showing unpleasant attitude towards the coaching staff with the way they went about things. About a week after Randle was released, he was suspended by the NFL for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.

Since being waived by the Cowboys, Darren McFadden has done an excellent job at taking over the starting running back role. In four games, McFadden has rushed the football 93 times for 365 yards and just under 100 receiving yards. Randle is a talented football player, but the reason why he is not in Dallas is because his off-field concerns outweigh his talent on the football field.
