Three Dallas Cowboys who are projected to be on the roster in 2016 will finally join the team in training camp. Per DallasCowboys.com staff writer David Helman:
Looks like Maliek Collins, Benson Mayowa & Damien Wilson are going to come off PUP/NFI today.

Benson Mayowa debuting is big news. Many expect him to be a starting defensive end for at least the first four weeks while DeMarcus Lawrence is suspended. He is also a leading candidate to start beyond that point during Randy Gregory’s absence. Mayowa signed with the Cowboys as a free agent last March but has been on the PUP list following a minor knee procedure.
Maliek Collins, the Cowboys’ third-round pick in April, will join what’s becoming a loaded defensive tackle rotation. He will likely see most of his work on passing downs as Dallas looks to benefit from his athleticism and improve their pass rush. He also started camp on the PUP list after suffering a broken foot in minicamps.
As for Damien Wilson, he will be coming the Non-Football Injury list after getting shot in the eye during paintball. A fourth-round pick last year, Wilson will be competing for a backup role and could be a factor at more than one linebacker position.
This leaves Darren McFadden, Lance Dunbar, and James Hanna as inactive players who are all expected to return in the next few weeks.
