Will McClay’s efforts have been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal with their Minority Business Leader Award.
Loyal Cowboys Nation followers who understand the impact Will McClay has had on this team – which is nothing short of incredible – often worry he could be scooped up by another team in the General Manager role held in Dallas by the immovable Jerry Jones.
Instead, Will McClay has shown a love for America’s Team in his role, and it is pretty awesome to see this role along with his hard work receive a greater spotlight. This specific award would not be possible without the brand the Cowboys have created as a business, and a successful one at that.
The Cowboys had 13 successful “business outings” in 2016, thanks in large part to Will McClay’s class of 2016 rookie draft picks.
