The Dallas Cowboys were flat-out impressive yesterday.
Controlling the game on both sides of the ball, Dallas took it to Kansas City for four quarters and came away with the 28-17 win. Of course, watching the game it felt like the Cowboys were in total control, especially on offense.
But according to Chiefs’ defender Tamba Hali, it felt just as impressive to play against.
Chiefs veteran LB Tamba Hali says he thinks the Cowboys are the best team in the league. Better than the Eagles? He thinks so, he says

After the game, Hali was quoted as saying the Cowboys are the best team in the league, even better than those 8-1 Philadelphia Eagles which the Chiefs played earlier this season. This is certainly a bold statement about a 5-3 team, but over the last four games the Cowboys have seemed to find their 2016-groove.
To be honest, they look better than they did a year ago in many ways.
Since the bye week the Cowboys defense has looked like a totally different unit. Allowing just 10, 19, and 17 points to three straight opponents this defense has made it easy on the offense to take over with their firepower.
The front seven has been an undeniably impressive unit since the return of linebacker Sean Lee. As former quarterback and current CBS broadcaster Tony Romo put it yesterday, Lee is the “eraser” on the defense, making up for any mistakes his teammates may make.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how dominant the defensive line has been as well. DeMarcus Lawrence and David Irving continued to wreak havoc on quarterbacks yesterday, and Tyrone Crawford is having arguably the best season of his career.
Then, of course, there is the offense.
The offensive line is gelling, the run game is close to unstoppable, and each of the receivers is playing their role to perfection. And their quarterback, well that guy is special.
I would even go as far as to say Dak Prescott is the best healthy quarterback in the NFC right now, and regardless of how this Ezekiel Elliott situation ends up, Dallas has a great shot of winning each and every week with Prescott at the helm.
So while what Tamba Hali said about this 5-3 bunch seemed bold, the evidence shows that he may just be right when things are said and done.
Same thing was said this time last year. Who cares?? Do it on the field. He say She say dont mean nothing!!!
