Wide receiver Dez Bryant was fined $7, 875 for his throat-slash penalty post-touchdown catch in Sunday’s win against the Rams.
Bryant apologized on Monday for his actions, which came alongside his signature “x” celebration signal. He said he would appeal any fines handed to him.
Bryant has 17 catches for 201 yards and two touchdowns for the Cowboys.
We’re still waiting on word as to whether Jason Hatcher will be fined for his roughing-the-passer penalty against Sam Bradford of the Rams. Or if fine will be handed to cornerback Orlando Scadrick for hitting Bradford high.
The Cowboys won 31-7 against the St. Louis Rams in Week 3.
