Where Does Dallas Cowboys’ Chris Jones Rank Among NFL Punters?

When the Jacksonville Jaguars selected Bryan Anger with the 70th pick of the 2012 NFL Draft, Rich Eisen coined a phrase that changed all of our lives for the better. Punting is a serious element to a football game. It falls under the umbrella of one third of the game’s primary phases: offense, defense, and special teams. What makes the latter special isn’t its title, it’s the finesse involved in its artistry.

Order Up: AT&T Stadium’s The Stadium Club Set To Open In Fall Of 2016

When you’re the home of the Dallas Cowboys and have played host to events like the College Football Playoff, Wrestlemania, countless concerts, and all sorts of other shindigs… it’s hard to continue to innovate. AT&T Stadium isn’t just your average ‘ol stadium, though. It is the home of the Dallas Cowboys, with a grand architect in Jerry Jones that knows how to cook up something good. Now he’s actually going to do some cooking.

Throw Up The Threes: Dez Bryant Plays Offseason Basketball In LA

Remember the days when Tony Romo used to golf? Those offseason story lines sure were fun, weren’t they? Nowadays we have to deal with stuff like this. Number 9 is one of the best cats on the links there is, and he’s also known to play a mean game of hoops as well. The explanation for this?

A Reminder To The World: Jason Witten Is An All-Time Great

Let me start by saying that Gil Brandt is the Godfather when it comes to the NFL and the Dallas Cowboys. He has forgotten and dismissed more about the game of football than I or any of us will ever know. Capeesh? Capeesh. As loyal members of Cowboys Nation we can admittedly look at things through America’s Team-tinted glasses.

Dez Bryant Facing Lawsuit, Still Focused On 2016

June is a slow month when it comes to NFL news. This is a subject that I touched on during this week’s episode of the RJOShow, and we’re starting to see it ripple into the world of our Dallas Cowboys. This time it’s a story that, shockingly, paints Dez Bryant in a bit of a negative light. News broke on Wednesday that Bryant is facing a lawsuit from his former landlord over allegations that exceed $60,000 in damages regarding a house that he once leased. The suit in question is being filed by Texas State Senator Royce West, who’s name you’ve heard before.

LeBron James Brings Title To Cleveland: Are Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys Next?

I’ve always enjoyed connecting dots. I loved coloring books as a kid, but what I really loved were those pictures that could only be seen by that beautiful connecting of the dots. If you follow me on Twitter, or have read my work here at Inside The Star, then you know I like to look at the great game of football through a dot-connecting scope. When the Cleveland Cavaliers hoisted the Larry O’Brien on Father’s Day Evening in celebration of the first Championship the city of Cleveland has seen since the 1964 Cleveland Browns, my brain went into dot-connecting mode. LeBron James, the Finals MVP and Cleveland-crowned King, is a Cowboys fan…

Tony Casillas Makes Bold Prediction For The 2016 Dallas Cowboys

Almost a year ago Tony Casillas lost out to Jethro Pugh in our Countdown To Kickoff when we unveiled the Greatest #75 in Dallas Cowboys History. Casillas, the 2nd Overall Pick in 1986, is very familiar with Cowboys History. He’s not only one of the best to wear #75 for the club, but he was a part of two squads that claimed World Championships (Super Bowls XXVII and XXVIII). He’s poured blood, sweat, and tears into the Cowboys and went back to visit the practice fields where many of them have lived since his days in the blue and silver when the Cowboys held their final practice at the historic Valley Ranch on Thursday. It was a festive, and nostalgic, affair as Coach Garrett emphasized the importance of the moment and its historic value to the 2016 Dallas Cowboys.

D-E-Z: Bryant Meets Spelling Bee Co-Champion Nihar Janga

When I was a young whipper snapper I used to be a pretty picky eater. To be honest, not much has changed. My Dad started a special tradition in my family when he told me that he’d give me a dollar for every new food that I tried. Broccoli, asparagus, and all sorts of other icky things became my friend. Motivation works, kids.

Darren McFadden Injured: 3 Surprising Cowboys That Could Benefit

I used to be a huge fan of the popular TV show Grey’s Anatomy. I say used to because I no longer am. At its peak the show had some insane drama that sucked me in. This was pre-DVR so I watched this bad boy live. Ultimately I gave up on it, like most of the show’s iconic actors coincidentally, because it became too unreal.
