[tps_title]Joseph Randle: Wallace[/tps_title]
Ugh, Wallace. Wallace’s death is one of the most tragic and heavy moments on the entire show. But from the Barksdale’s perspective, it was necessary.
Like Wallace, Joseph Randle was just a young player, but there was hope that he could take over the starting running back job after the departure of DeMarco (Deangelo) Murray (Barksdale).
Wallace had been making moves in those towers, just as Randle had impressed during his limited time as a running back.
Unfortunately, neither Randle nor Wallace was cut out for the game. And they both saw their lives tumble awfully and quickly.
Randle’s football “death” is depressing considering both his talent and the way it went down. But from the Cowboys’ perspective, it was necessary.
The game just wasn’t in him.
