The Dallas Cowboys aren’t even 12 hours removed from their epic overtime victory over the division-rival Philadelphia Eagles, and it looks like the celebration will indeed be short-lived. It’s being reported that the Cowboys fear cornerback Morris Claiborne has a sports hernia that would force him to miss some serious time.
Morris Claiborne has played phenomenally for the Cowboys through their NFC-leading 6-1 start to the season. He’s been this team’s defensive MVP, and losing him would be a big blow to what has become the strength of Rod Marinelli’s defense.
We’ll keep you updated as far as official word is concerned here at Inside The Star. Let’s all hope for the best, and for what it’s worth the NFL Trade Deadline is Tuesday, November 1st.
