The Cowboys did a slight roster shuffle today, waiving wide receiver Ed Eagan and signing offensive lineman Mike McQueen.

Eagan, an undrafted free agent out of Northwestern State University of Louisiana, was one of the early dark horse darlings for many fans. He was seen as a potential slot receiver and return option. With fellow rookie Andy Jones making headlines in Oxnard, though, Eagan was likely not in contention for a roster spot.
