On Friday night, the Mississippi State Bulldogs’ women’s basketball team pulled off one of the greatest upsets in sports history (yes, seriously) by advancing to the National Championship game on an overtime buzzer beater against undefeated UCONN. Entering the game, mighty Connecticut had won 111 straight games, a streak now snapped by Mississippi State with Cowboys QB Dak Prescott in attendance.

If you watched the broadcast on ESPN2, you would have thought for a few brief moments that the wonders of Dallas Cowboys football were gracing us on television from Dallas once again. Instead, constant shots of Prescott just enjoying life as a fan in his Bulldogs jersey added to the hype that his alma mater was going toe for toe with a team that has been the golden standard of Division I Women’s Basketball forever.

Of course, Prescott is no stranger to handling big moments like the one he witnessed this team triumph in last night, taking the Mississippi State football team to the #1 ranking in the country for the first time ever as a Junior.
Then rattling off 13 wins as the greatest rookie quarterback in NFL history with the Cowboys in 2016, Prescott’s star will shine bright in Dallas for a long time – even from the stands as everything he observes turns to gold.
This Uconn Vs MissT game is crazy right now!! Who y'all think is going to pull it out?

The Bulldogs, who were as cool, calm, and collected as Prescott on Sundays in their semifinal win on Friday, will play for the National Championship tomorrow night against #1 South Carolina at 6 PM.
Here’s hoping Dak Prescott’s young heart is ready for another thriller.
Congratulations Dak!! Hopefully, Cowboys will be doing the same in 2017 !!!
