The Dallas Cowboys’ draft position did not move down with their most recent loss to the Packers, moving them to 4-9 through 14 weeks of the season.
As was the case through week 13, Dallas would be picking sixth overall in the 2016 NFL Draft.

The Cowboys have selected sixth overall twice in their history, most recently in 2012 when they traded up to the pick to draft Morris Claiborne. They also selected Lee Roy Jordan sixth overall in 1963.
The only change in this week’s update comes from the teams picking ahead of the Cowboys. Dropping out of the top five is Jacksonville while the 49ers would now pick fifth overall ahead of Dallas.
This potentially adds one more team in front of the Cowboys that may be considering selecting a QB in the draft. The 49ers and Browns (2nd overall) are seemingly the only two in the top six.
As the Cowboys 2015 quarterback play continues to deteriorate, one can only think that there is no time like the present for Jerry Jones to bring in the heir to Tony Romo.
