At this point in the year we are all looking for reasons to be excited about the young Dallas Cowboys. After drafting four defensive backs in the 2017 NFL Draft, each of which is expected to have a real chance at making the team, the Cowboys hope they have rebuilt/re-loaded the back end of their defense for the future.
Yesterday their second round corner, Chidobe Awuzie, made the play of training camp thus far, coming away with an acrobatic interception.
Awuzie sticks to Brice Butler like glue, mirroring his route step for step before deflecting the pass over Butler and making an incredible play.
Thursday night we get to see Awuzie and his fellow rookies in game action for the first time, and if he does something likeĀ this, Twitter might explode.
