When a team hasn’t made the playoffs since 2009 and has had a .500 record for three straight years, you would think it would be on the verge of blowing things up and starting over. In my opinion, that’s not the case.

The 2014 Dallas Cowboys have team needs, just like everyone else does. The biggest need is in the one position you can’t afford to be slack at. Let’s take a look at the team needs…

  1. Complete the o line rebuild. That would give Dallas at least one dominant position group.
It’s downright sad we need lb’s. So many resources spent on trying to solidify that position. BUT , Lee was injured in college and Jerry thought he was getting a steal. It’s his m.o. Carter, just wow. All the athleticism you could want and he just doesn’t seem to care about the game.
A lot of needs on this team. One of them is qb. It’s a dire need at this point. Romo will be 34 when the season begins.

  2. I agree Mensa the o-line rebuild is right there for the taking. You have an opportunity to put out a young, talented core if you can just play your cards right. I’m not afraid to add a lineman in the first round of the draft or add a major contributor from FA.
