Are You Ready To Get Loud, Cowboys Fans?

Shane Denney

I don’t know if the year went by as fast for you as it did for me, but the opening kickoff of the NFL regular season will probably be tomorrow when I wake up. Just kidding. I know we still have three more weeks of preseason to go.

The one thing we know is that on September 13th, when the New York Giants come calling to AT&T Stadium, the Cowboys team and coaching staff will be ready to go. The next question that comes to mind is simply, will the fans be ready?

Let me remind you of something awful. When our beloved Cowboys played the first ever game in AT&T Stadium, on September 20, 2009, it resulted in a 33-31 loss do the division rival New York Giants and they currently have a 26-22 regular season record on their home turf. Not much of a home field advantage.

That was then, this is now. Different year, different team. After winning the division in 2014, the Cowboys will enter this year with high expectations. Not to mention one of the top SuperCowboys Blog - Are You Ready To Get Loud, Cowboys Fans? 1 Bowl favorites, according to Las Vegas.

Will this be the year? Will our much loved Cowboys return to the promised land and raise the Lombardi trophy at the end of the year? Only time will tell.

Now the big question: Can AT&T Stadium become the home-field advantage that opponents fear?

Will there be 85,000 strong, raising hell and cheering on the Cowboys to the end?

Can AT&T Stadium become one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL?

Is AT&T Stadium going to cause the local seismograph to record an earthquake-like occurrence?

There is always a reference toward the 12th man. Can this become the year that AT&T Stadium becomes known as the 21st man, the current number of Ring of Honor members?

If you’re one of the lucky ones who are able to attend a Cowboys game this year, are you going to raise hell and let the opponent whoever it maybe know you are there?
