The Dallas Cowboys have introduced Chris Greenwood to their 53-man roster.
The Cowboys took Greenwood from the lions, and he is likely to take Anthony Spencer’s spot. Spencer has a knee injury that may require microfracture surgery that would put him on the sidelines for the rest of the season.
Greenwood was a fifth-round pick by the Lions in 2012. He was released by the Lions the week prior to the regular season, then he was signed back to their practice squad.
Greenwood was also one of the Cowboys’ 30 pre-draft visits last season.
The Cowboys signed defensive tackle Drake Nevis on Tuesday after releasing Jerome Lane.
