RB Brian Hill

Brian Hill, RB, Wyoming

The depth of the running back position behind Ezekiel Elliott is pretty much nonexistent with Darren McFadden and Lance Dunbar testing free agency and the possibility of the Cowboys trading away Alfred Morris. I expect the Cowboys to address the RB position at some point in the draft and I think Brian Hill could be that guy.

At 6’1″, 219, Brian Hill has the size NFL teams look for in an every down back, which is good because that is exactly what he is. He could step in and fill in for Zeke if needed without there being too much of a step down in talent.

Hill is a tough physical runner with enough speed to break a few long runs every now and then. He doesn’t fight the ball in the receiving game and is a competent pass protector. He could be the third-down back as a rookie and fill in for Elliott every now and then when he needs a breather.
