[tps_header]The Dallas Cowboys are 6-1, in total control of the NFC East, and the top seed in the entire NFC.
No one, and I mean no one, saw this hot start coming. But 7 games and 8 weeks into the season, the Cowboys look like one of the top 2 teams in all of football.
Their latest win came on Sunday night, in an overtime thriller against the division rival and 2nd place Philadelphia Eagles.
Let’s re-live the 5 best plays from the Cowboys’ 29-23 victory last Sunday. [/tps_header]

Terrance Williams has earned himself the dubious perception of “bone-headed player” over the past few years. Just 7 weeks ago, Williams cost Dan Bailey and the Cowboys a chance to kick a potential game winning field goal against the New York Giants, when he failed to run out of bounds with just seconds left to play.
Williams has quietly been having a pretty good season, however, and made 2 game-saving plays on Sunday. Later in the game, he came up with a big 3rd down reception to keep the Cowboys game-tying drive alive.
Here, Williams saves Dak from himself, committing an offensive pass interference to keep the Eagles’ defender away from the ball. This pass breakup allowed for the Cowboys to kick a field goal, and stay alive in the game.
