If you’re reading this there are some solid chances that you’re a linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys. It sure feels like that these days as America’s Team added yet another linebacker to the mix today.

Kyle Knox, who saw his most recent NFL action in New Orleans, has traded in his Saint for a Star. Knox went undrafted in 2012 out of Fresno State and signed with the Seattle Seahawks as a rookie free agent. Additionally he spent some time in Jacksonville before landing in the Big Easy.

To make room for Kyle the Cowboys released safety Keelan Johnson.

Knox joins Jasper Brinkley, Andrew Gachkar, and Keith Rivers as 2015 free agent signees at the linebacker position. The Cowboys also addressed the second level of the defense in the 2015 NFL Draft by taking Minnesota’s Damien Wilson in the fourth round and Wyoming’s Mark Nzeocha in the seventh.
