[tps_title]#3 – Dallas Cowboys 31, Washington 26 (Week 12)[/tps_title]
The Cowboys 10th victory came on Thanksgiving Day, the first time that Dak Prescott had to prepare with the short week. It was also his second look at Washington, and of course their second look at him.
Despite 449 yards and three touchdowns from Kirk Cousins, Dallas did enough early to build a 17-3 lead and hang on to the win. While they didn’t have their biggest days of production, Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott avoided turnovers and made timely plays. The defense, while torched through the air, did a nice job of keeping Washington out of the endzone early on.
The victory gave Dallas the 2-0 sweep over Washington in 2016.
