Dallas Cowboys 2014 Complete Mock Draft 1.1

It’s that time again. As the NFL Combine is in full swing it’s time for us to pretend we know what Jerry Jones is going to do in the 2014 NFL draft.

The Cowboys are once again in a tough situation regarding the cap and need to make the most out of every pick. The key here is to get immediate impact players. We’re not necessarily looking for stars as much as we are looking for players who can contribute immediately that can still be developed down the road.

So without further ado, let’s get started!

  1. I love the Telvin Smith pick but I think but I think they should look at him as a possible safety. Position flexability always makes a player more attractive.

    • I don’t know. Smith as a safety just reminds me of Roy Williams and I think the ‘Boys need a real ball-hawk in the secondary. But if he’s quick as Bo says then maybe pass disruption could make him a good enough fit. Certainly a lot of room for improvement over the current personnel.
