Cowboys Have 20 Players With Expiring Contracts

Dallas reunited with the veteran in the hopes that he could help on critical downs, especially on pass defense. He had a slow start to the year but started showing in the middle of the season. Durant missed the Cowboys’ last game with a hamstring injury.

It is unlikely that Durant’s second stint will last beyond 2017. The linebacker position should be well stocked next year and Dallas could probably find better free agent options if needed.
